Ray Ballinger received his MD degree in 1976 from the Univ. of Miami and PhD in Medical Physics in 1994 from the the Univ. of Florida. He is currently an assistant professor in radiology and chief of radiology at the VA Medical Center in Gainesville, Florida, US. His interests include teaching magnetic resonance imaging, being a voluntary webmaster for the Diocese of St. Augustine and the Proth Search site, and keeping up with two active grade-school children.
