I am an engineer with an interest in mathematics and number theory and am
working on some very interesting prime number phenomenon. I hope to be able
to soon provide a fundamental proof of the prime number distribution. ie
there are two proofs of prime density= 1/logx-1 one involves complex
analysis and is abstract in the extreme, the other doesn't rely on complex
analysis but is incredibly complex. I believe that there is a very simple
explanation for the prime number distribution which could be understood by
almost anyone. I believe i am on the verge of identifying this proof. Of
course to prove something that has already been proven is normally of value
but in this case i believe it is. The reason is that a good proof of
something so fundamental as the prime numbers should be fundamental and
beautiful in its simplicity. I think!
