I was born in 1974 in the GDR (East Germany). Was very happy about the German union - the "other side" had better computers :-). I received a diploma in business informatics from the University of Halle/Saale (the town of J.S. Bach, G. Haendel and - mathematically - of Georg Cantor). Now working as software engineer. I'm interested in number theory and linear programming. I read and write SF&F (if you speak German, you can read my stories on www.schreibwiese.de ) and try to play piano (so "torture" is also a hobby of mine).
